Three Recipes Weight loss & Diet Eating Well for Heath

Then you must drink these three weight loss drinks



1.Our first drink is 100% Ayurvedic fat loss drink.For this, I'm using water, cumin, curry leaves, turmeric powder and black pepper. We have to boil it  for 3 to 4 minutes. So curry leaves help in reducing unnecessary fat and toxins  And helps in weight loss.It also reduces cholesterol. Cumin helps in digestion and even weight loss.  So give it a good boil. Now after 3 to 4 minutes you see that it has got a good  Colour.  Our drink is ready now. You can filter it and then drink. I am also adding honey. It is completely optional but enhances its taste. 



2.For our second weight loss drink, put water in a pan.  Then add ginger and cinnamon stick, and boil it for 5 minutes.  Cinnamon boosts your metabolism, lowers cholesterol and stabilizes blood sugar. Ginger helps in your digestion, reduces weight loss and  specially reduces the accumulated fat in the abdominal area.  After 5 minutes it has got a good colour. Our drink is ready.  add lemon juice to it and mix it well. Filter it before consuming. And now we'll add honey. Honey & Lemon also help in fat loss. So our 2nd drink is also ready.



3.  For our third and final drink, we will put water in  a pan and with this we will add fenugreek seeds and cumin seeds. Fenugreek and cumin help in digestion and in weight loss, so we will boil it  for 3 to 4 minutes. If you do not want to boil it, then you can also keep it soaked overnight and in the morning you can drink it after filtering it.  Even Malaika Arora consumes this daily.  I have cooked it for 5 minutes, its color is absolutely perfect, now you can drink it after filtering it.  So all your three weight loss rings are ready.  Do have any one of them early morning before breakfast.  Do let me know if you want me to share more such recipes.
